Every client gets a private receipt inbox. Email receipts or upload them to the portal, and our AI-powered OCR reads, categorizes, and files each one — no shoeboxes, no spreadsheets.
Bank and credit card reconciliation
Read-only access to your accounts lets us pull transactions safely. Each one is categorized and matched against your statements, and every account is reconciled monthly.
Monthly profit and loss plus balance sheet
Delivered by the 15th of every month for the prior month, along with the details behind the numbers. Know where your money went before it is ancient history.

Questions about your books get real answers from a person who actually knows your account — not a ticket queue.

What we do not do
Filebox is bookkeeping only. We do not prepare tax returns, and we do not give tax or legal advice. When tax season comes, we hand your accountant a clean, tax-ready packet instead — that division of labor keeps our prices flat and your books audit-clean.
