Filebox turns bookkeeping into a fixed monthly service: a receipt inbox that reads your paperwork with AI-assisted OCR, read-only connections to your bank and card accounts, and clean financial statements delivered by the 15th — all for one flat price that is on the website before you ever talk to us.
Who runs it
Filebox Bookkeeping LLC was founded by Dave Walker, who has spent years running businesses that depend on reliable back-office systems. He built Filebox the way he wished bookkeeping worked when he was the one staying up late with receipts: predictable pricing, modern tools, and a real person who answers.
